SIMPKINS & COSTELLI, INC.

Simpkins & Costelli, Inc., a privately owned corporation, was formed in May, 1981, as the successor to the partnership of Simpkins Engineering Consultants (1980-1981). Professional services include Structural and Civil Engineering design and construction phase services. Successfully completed projects are State Port waterfront structural and civil facilities including new pile-supported concrete wharf construction, tied-back steel bulkhead (40 ft. draft), warehousing and structural repairs of existing wharves; design of foundation and superstructure for commercial, industrial and institutional buildings; civil site work design including drainage utilities and pavements; structural investigations and reports.
