H1 Services, LLC was formed in 2016 as a full-service civil engineering, planning and management firm to serve public and private sector clients. The principal of H1S has over three and one-half decades of engineering and program management experience with some of the largest infrastructure programs in Mississippi including coastal restoration and resiliency, economic site development, water and wastewater, transportation engineering and planning, airports, railroads, stormwater and flood protection, and solid waste projects.
H1S is currently serving the needs of local governments and the private sector with management and implementation of infrastructure programs affiliated with economic development, roadway development, roadway rehabilitation, water and wastewater infrastructure, and stormwater drainage.
